    2024 Toyota 4Runner Sr5 Premium Underground
    I have wanted a 4runner for a long time....Finally at 60 years young...I took the plunge...I absolutely love it...Ill get it undercoated before the Fall as i Live in Northeastern PA....Thinking about running boards...which ones do you guys like? anyway just wanted to say hello.

    Running board recommendations are going to be subjective. I have a limited that came with the standard oem running board and I like them in a utilitarian way but was thinking of changing them out until I revealed my plan to the wife. We are your age and don’t do any serious off roading other than occasional beach access, light trail or getting into a hunting or fishing spots. I was going to change the running boards out to something a little smaller or lower profile but I was out voted her 2 votes to my one. She said these are too small already and getting in and out is already a pain. Good luck.

    Beautiful ride...and congratulations on the new rig. Love the Underground paint with the TRD Pro rims.

    I'm across the border in central NJ and have been doing a LOT of research the last month or so (thanks to this awesome group here) ...and am thinking about trying to rent a new(er) Limited at one of the local dealers around here....a "try before you buy" if you will. The used and CPO prices are high enough to get you in the neighborhood of buying new instead. I just need to log some miles in one of these things before dropping $50k or more on one.
