Speaker for navigation system not working.

I can’t use voice command for the navigation system on my 2021 premium. Only manual typing when car is stopped works. Help!!

 

It might have to do with your phone or bluetooth. Have you tried with a different phone to see if it works?

 

Are you trying to tell the Nav system a destination? Like "123 Main Street, Dallas, Texas"? If that's what you're trying to do, it only works when the car is at a complete stop. This is for safety reasons & so your GPS can pin point your exact location to give you accurate directions.

 

The speaker button/icon always worked while car was in motion. Now it is not even a choice. It is blacked out. It doesn’t light up. I never used my phone for navigation. Even with Bluetooth off, voice command doesn’t work.
